Gina Kaye
Gina has decades of experience as a leader, mentor, and connector. Gina’s work spans nonprofit, university, corporate, and faith-based settings. Trained in public health and prevention models, Gina holds a BA in Health Science from Taylor University and a Masters in Health Education from the University of Texas. She is an educator and advocate promoting prevention, treatment, and recovery. Gina is especially intent on enhancing healthy sexuality, relationships, and authentic spirituality. She is solution minded and an advocate for change. Gina is connected to and working alongside other like-minded individuals and organizations that promote recovery, health, and healing. She has vast knowledge of behavioral health topics. She maintains memberships with NAADAC.
Theresa Dinman
Theresa Dinman is an enrollment coach for Partner Hope and also serves as administrative assistant and scheduler for Michelle. Theresa ensures enrollment is smooth for new members and resolves conflicts for participants who are enrolled in PartnerHope coaching programs. She has over 20 years of experience in office administration and client support. Theresa helps keep PartnerHope running smoothly and is available to assist clients with any administrative issues they may have. Originally from California, Theresa grew up in Minnesota and now lives in Leesburg. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs and four children.
Melissa Howard
Melissa Howard handles much of the marketing and communications for PartnerHope. Her range of experience includes roles in higher education, mental health advocacy, and healthcare facilities large and small. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing from Bellevue University. Melissa is most passionate about connecting individuals around the world with important resources to help them grow and heal! She lives with her husband and daughter in Richmond, Virginia.
